At CoreThird, each cold plunge is customized to your order specifications, including model and selected variations. Because of this, lead times range from 1 to 4 weeks depending on production scheduling.
Cold plunges are large and heavy items that require freight delivery. Once your order is complete, please allow an additional 2 to 4 weeks for shipping and delivery based on your location and carrier availability.

At CoreThird, we stand behind the quality of every product we build. Because each cold plunge is customized to order, returns are limited and subject to the following terms:

Eligibility Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, components, and accessories included. Used or damaged units are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, handling, and customization costs.

Freight Return Shipping: As cold plunges are large and heavy items, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be coordinated via freight carrier. CoreThird can assist with scheduling at the customer’s expense.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized accessories, special-order finishes, and any item damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
Once a returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment.
